We love Canton Orthodontics and Aleta, the treatment coordinator. She is always wonderful to deal with. She makes our kids feel comfortable and like they’re heard.

Aleta is the best !! She is the treatment coordinator here and was so helpful and walked me through everything. Definitely would recommend coming here ! The doctors are amazing and so knowledgeable!

Aleta (treatment coordinator) is absolutely phenomenal. Her bedside manner and care she has for each child and family is amazing. She remembers even the smallest of details about each child in our family. She puts even the most anxious child at ease. We love coming in for our visits and highly reccomend Canton Orthodontics.

I never do negative reviews, but my time was wasted and I was disrespected so I owe them this. Their free consultation is not really free. At least this is true if you value your time and do not like it being wasted. They try to get you to fill out a lot of forms and refuse to tell you how much it costs until you commit to them, by forms. I moved from out of state and asked over the phone for how much continuing retainers cost. I completed the Invisalign program and already am using the quarterly retains – just needed another round of them. They would not tell me over the phone, but asked that I come in for a "free" consultation. I thought this was silly, but I did so. They sent the robo-legal smart phone forms, 12 hours or so ahead of time. I did not fill them out, but presume from typical medical forms there would be a lot data grabbing, general privacy invasion, etc. In other words, the typical one sided fear of litigation barriers that "honest" businesses cannot live without these days. After driving to see them, they refused me if I did not fill out the forms. I said, "I am not a patient, I am trying to determine if I want to become one, so I don't need to fill out any forms, I just want to know how much the cost is. Are you really turning away business?" So, either they wanted a data grab, or they need to "see" you before quoting you the price (possible discrimination). They said they legally have to have you fill out the form or they would be in trouble. Is it illegal to articulate a price to a potential customer? But, at least I saw their sign that says they change 3% on credit card charges. I didn't notice it on their website. The place was not busy and I can see why. They wasted my time.

We have been so happy with the orthodontic process and especially how well Aleta, the treatment coordinator, has taken care of us. No information or detail was spared and she made sure our daughter knew what to expect at every step.
